labour relations initiatives for almost twenty years in a career
demonstrating depth of expertise in negotiations, operations, finance,
public relations and business planning. Bill has a reputation for
exceptional leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution and
customer service skills with a track record for building collaborative
management and employee relationships. An accomplished chief spokesperson,
he has led appearances before provincial and federal labour boards,
jurisdictional disputes, and arbitrations.

- Drafting, interpreting, administering and successfully negotiating
numerous collective agreements, clarifying ambiguous language
to help significantly reduce arbitration costs.
- Introducing a number of key initiatives to improve communications
and marketability, including new training programs, web site,
e-mail, and HRIS systems.

for a large unit while drafting eligibility criteria and then
